Frequently Asked Questions

Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions. For any other queries please send an email to info@pipandcolondon.com

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We are pleased to offer free delivery to the UK, US, and EU on all items without a minimum spend.

How long does delivery take?

All our products are made-to-order to prevent overproduction. The processing time for all products is 1 - 5 working days, but more than 50% of products ship out within 3 working days. The shipping time differs per country and product. Most items arrive within 1-2 weeks of ordering. Overseas delivery can take longer, up to a month. Please refer to the product page for information specific to your product.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship with all the major logistics companies, including Royal Mail, USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Latvijas Pasts, and Australia Post. We always choose the carrier that will deliver to your address fastest.

Do you offer tracked delivery?

All orders include tracked shipping. A shipping link with tracking will be sent to your email once the item leaves the warehouse.

Do you offer next day delivery or fast delivery options?

As our print partner handles delivery, we can only offer standard delivery and no sped-up options.

Do you accept returns?

Because all our items are made-to-order, we do not generally accept returns. However, if something is wrong with your order, please send us an email citing your order number on info@pipandcolondon.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you offer customisation?

Absolutely! If you have any special requests, please send us an email on info@pipandcolondon.com or a DM on instagram @pipandcolondon. Some examples of customisation we have done are changing the colour of embroidery or adding a name embroidered to your item to make a gift extra special. Alternatively, you can also visit our Etsy store for customisation requests: https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/PipAndCoLondon/

How are Pip & Co London’s products made?

We design the prints for Pip & Co London digitally. They are then embroidered/printed, packaged and shipped by our partner printshop which handles fulfilment, warehousing, and shipping service for us.

Because our printshop partners have several centres in the world, we can deliver our products to customers anywhere in the world. For UK customers (our domestic market), this means 9 out of 10 times the order will be custom embroidered or printed and shipped from Birmingham, UK. In some cases the product could be unavailable in the UK and it will ship from Latvia instead. Please refer to each product’s description for more information.

Will there be import tax or customs duties?

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. You should refer to your country’s import tax rates.
